Combined vs Single
Under 18s: We routinely assess for both Autism and ADHD together, because traits often overlap. If traits of both are indentified, we will assess for both.
Adults: We use the same approach as above.
Single-pathway assessments are offered when screening and history point clearly to one condition only, or when there is a recent, evidenced diagnosis of the other condition that we have reviewed and agree with.
This approach helps avoid missed needs and ensures that reports are accurate and useful for home, education, or work.
